🎤 PINQY RING

Chicago • Puerto Rican • MC / Educator

Marisol "Pinqy Ring" Vélez is more than an MC. Born and raised in Chicago, she has built her career around lyricism, storytelling, education and community engagement.

Her work connects hip-hop with Puerto Rican identity and the stories of Chicago neighborhoods. She has also represented hip-hop internationally through cultural exchange and education.

Her 2026 single "Ave Maria" marks a new chapter in her recording career. It's a strong introduction to an artist who has been contributing to Chicago hip-hop for years.
